Program Stages
The Institute's Program is aimed at youngsters between 14 and 19 years of age. It lasts five years and it is grounded on three pillars:

Students in the last year of high school are selected by the coordination of the state schools of Jaguaré, following criteria such as achievement level...

It allows youngsters from 16 years on to work in the Recycling Workshop as well. There they are given training and perform activities...

Reciclar also has a partnership with the human resources departments of several companies, to which it sends the youngsters' curriculums.
